At Grove Collaborative, we want you to love your home and the products in it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Grove account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass bottles and liquids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
